Chapter 1001 Departure-3

Cooking for his guests was uneventful, at least from his perspective. The masterchefs hired by him were a completely different matter.

When Henri informed them their boss areival they were skeptical. At best they thought, he would hover around the kitchen probably disturbing the well oiled 'machine' to some extent, after all they were not ordinary chefs and had prideful personality after honing their craft for years.

If one were to pooled their experience together, it would be more than a century after all they were paid handsomely to work in someone else home rather than in their own restaurant.

Many of them were old chefs who were trying to live their golden years training some of their staff to gather experience but it didn't mean that were slacking off. After all before Samuel's rescue they had to cook for at least two hundred combined staff, a hundred more wasn't that difficult to accomodate.

Considering everything, their boss might be capable in many areas but they never pegged him for having any knowledge in the field of food. Samuel was quite young, only few years older compared to them, when they first started cooking.

But they were shocked only after few minutes of seeing him cook. His fluid motion and unparalleled concentration was definitely not worthy of a novice.

What's more surprising was his calm demeanor, with what they heard they always thought he was a no nonsense kind of person. After all, they had heard about him dismissing people upon his arrival and even reprimanding the Ranch staff.

They half expected him to be too over bearing in the kitchen too but he was like a fish in the water. Many times he would take the lead instructing them with precision without any error. In just few minutes, he fully grasped many younger chef's capabilities.

During the preparation of signature dishes that he was not familiar with, he would take the back seat allowing the more senior chefs to command him without any hint of arrogance.

He would be their sous chef, preparing ingredients and even correcting his fellow junior chefs out of head chef's eyes.

These senior chefs couldn't comprehend how he was so skilled and agile in his approach. Did he pick up a knife to cut his own umbilical cord? He was simply a monster born for the culinary world!

More than anything this experience did give others a new found respect for their new boss. By the end of it, they were even begging him to consider pursuing a career as a chef. With his resources it wouldn't take long for him to become a celebrity chef after all he had the looks and the skill.@@@@

But he refused, he had no issue cooking once in a while, it was a great relaxing activity but he never thought about doing anything extravagant like being a chef. In the end, he did promise to accompany these people whenever he visited their country or came back to Paris.

He checked the time, it took him just under two hours which was quite fast considering the variety of dishes. Without even wiping himself up, he went upstairs to first wake them up. He knew they would take some time to get ready.

After all following his aunt for many years, he knew what type of 'chemicals' they would need just by looking at their scalp and their hair condition. Robyn was surprised the most because her curty thick hair was often hard yo take care off.

It's like they had a private masseuse and stylish all in one package! Seeing their glowing faces, he thought if they really wanted such a treatment wasn't there a spa in the estate? He was wasting both time and money but kept his mouth shut. It was better to anger the gods than to fight with his women!

After drying themselves, they looked at him with hungry eyes again. He wasn't sure what they wanted but when they leaned in, he thought that he was about to get a unexpected parting gift? He closed his eyes waiting to feel something.

After several wet kisses, he felt himself getting pushed out of the door with agape expression. Since his work was done, they kicked him out!

Hearing them giggle and laugh, he shook his head with an amusing expression. He decided it was best to do nothing otherwise they would blame him for causing trouble and missing their appointments. Before leaving the room, he told them about the food he prepared and also told them to come downstairs otherwise it would be too cold for them to enjoy it.

He also sorted out his clothes and lightly washed his face, hand and legs before going out to find Kate and Disha. Seeing that they had already packed everything and was ready to depart, he asked them to eat first.

Disha still avoided his gaze while there was faint hostility in Kate's eyes. Linh was still missing but he let her sleep for now.

He didn't know why they were acting like this after their talk but he decided it was best to give them space. They quickly ate their meal and went to find few acquaintances to say goodbye. Kate went to the ranch area while Disha went to find Tom and others.

Unlike others, they partly hanged around these places which led them to make several new friends who share their common hobby. Samuel plan to keep them astray seemed to have worked wonders.

Others soon joined fully dressed up, they didn't have much luggage to begin with but it increased a little partly because they liked Samuel's comfortable clothes.

He didn't know if it was some sort of souvenir or his choice of expensive men brand really had an alluring to opposite sex, either way he couldn't stop them from taking these few clothes after all they were worth nothing in his eyes.

They were surprised to see the array of dishes but even more shocked to find that he prepared everything himself. Nicole took time to brag about his cooking which made them suspicious still they enjoyed everything with a gusto after all he carefully selected their favourites.

Within half an hour they finished everything, even Miranda who was normally reluctant to eat heavy foods wiped her plate clean. He was showered with compliments but when they started taking the conversation toward making him their full time chef he stopped them. He had money, there was no need to work himself to do everything!

After the meal, he led them explore the place for one last time. Nicole was with them so he was not worried about them getting lost beside, they could come here anytime they were in the city.
