According to Batty, Fudge flipped the paper in front of him, which was the record of that year. He finished reading it in a short while. "There is indeed a confession of guilt. It seems that everything is excusable."

All he wanted now was to quickly judge Pettigrew and end everything.

"Send Barty Crouch down first, and bring in Peter Pettigrew."

After a few minutes, Pettigrew was brought in by four Aurors, all with their wands pointed at him.

"Yes." Pettigrew answered with his head down and his body curled up.

"Did Sirius Black change the Secret-Keeper to you?"

"Have."

"Did you reveal confidential information and tell...Voldemort the Potters' address?"

The name seemed hot to his tongue, and Fudge almost mumbled it quickly.

"Yes."

During the subsequent interrogation, Pettigrew admitted everything, and Sirius kept glaring at him fiercely.

All the interrogations were over and the wizards who were conducting the trial began to discuss.

Then he looked at Gloria and the others, "Gloria Slytherin, Draco Malfoy, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, and Ron Weasley, are involved in this incident because they saw Professor Lupin following them in the castle, is that true?"

Several people replied in unison: "It's true."

In Pettigrew's memory, it was Lupin who discovered him, and then Sirius appeared. After an argument, several people went to the principal's office, and the truth of the incident came to light after the confrontation.

Fudge cleared his throat, held up the parchment and read: "Peter Pettigrew is found guilty of a crime. This court declares that he will be sentenced to the Dementor's Kiss, which will be held in January. Sirius Black has been proven innocent and is acquitted in court!"

In the witness stand, Headmaster Dumbledore was the first to stand up and applaud, followed by others.

Then he looked at Gloria. Fudge had come to see him specifically and said that this niece wanted to secure his acquittal.

They separated in the main hall of the Ministry of Magic. Sirius went outside and Apparated his people to an empty and deserted place. Gloria summoned the elves, and they arrived at Slytherin Manor together.

They landed right outside the door of Gloria's parents' portraits, and Sirius didn't even have time to take in his surroundings before the door opened.

The two of them went in together, and Sirius walked quickly to the portrait, "Rael!"

Regulus in the frame stood up, "Sirius, long time no see."

Seeing that only a portrait of his brother, who he had always been at odds with, was left, Sirius was at a loss, "I didn't know...you would rebel against him."
