The emperor who wishes to obtain the peace at any moment, realizing that this part of the continent where his nation was located at was straight up doomed by the idiotic rulers of the current generation.
And on the other hand, a vampire duke who realized that the vampire race on this continent is straight up dying and the only way to change is to adjust to the current times... But at same time, it may end up causing a war between the fellow vampires.
One wanted the peace that can be only brough with power and dominance.
And the other one wanted survival by forcing a change.

The vampire was... Well, he was definitely scared of Ariava.
He knows who and what she is.
He knows how powerful she is from the stories he had heard.
And her suddenly saying that she will "support" the empire is.... Well? Something beyond unexpected.
A monster that is considered as one of the most beings out there is saying that it will support empire.
Obviously, this kind of news is something that confused a living hell out of the vampire.... And as for the duke and the emperor who were still in the room?
They saw the vampire’s reaction... And they weren’t sure what to say.

But at the same time, the emperor wasn’t dumb enough, after witnessing everything that Ariava did after arriving here.
