Upon hearing Bai Mengfei's viewpoint, Gu Ling immediately showed a surprised expression, frowning as he said, "That's impossible, isn't it?"

"What's impossible?" Bai Mengfei looked at him suspiciously, then said confidently, "Anything is possible. Haven't you heard that saying?"

"Alright." Gu Ling nodded.

Bai Mengfei smiled, put down the photo, and said, "It really wasn't done by that murderer, I can be 100% sure!"

“18 years old,” Bai Mengfei replied.

Bai Mengfei unfolded the photo and examined it carefully, saying as she looked at it, "If I didn't tell you your profession, people probably wouldn't guess you're a forensic doctor from your unrestrained temperament."

"Alright," Gu Ling had to admit.

After carefully examining the photos, Bai Mengfei asked Gu Ling, "Where was the crime scene? Where did you find the body?"

"We found it in a small grove of trees on the outskirts of town. My captain and I think that's the primary crime scene. How about it? Would you like to come with me to take a look?"

Bai Mengfei saw through his thoughts at a glance, knowing that he was bored here and wanted to go out for a walk.

This time, Bai Mengfei decided to help, nodding and saying, "Okay, let's go!"

They then left together and went to the first crime scene to investigate.

Sitting in Gu Ling's car, Bai Mengfei felt that the surrounding area was becoming increasingly deserted. And next to the place where the body was found were actually several factories.

After getting out of the car, they walked several hundred meters before entering the woods.

Seeing Bai Mengfei suddenly walk in that direction, Gu Ling hurriedly followed behind her, asking as he went, "Hey, why are you walking so fast?"

Bai Mengfei didn't turn around, but replied, "There's something suspicious ahead."

Bai Mengfei didn't respond, but quickened her pace and walked in that direction. Reaching the back of the woods, she saw a ditch, and on the other side of the ditch stood a wooden house.

There was a stone bridge over the ditch, leading to the other side. Bai Mengfei walked across the stone bridge to the other side, with Gu Ling following closely behind her.

"What exactly are you looking for?" Gu Ling asked.

Bai Mengfei remained silent, continuing to walk forward. She stopped in front of the cabin and replied, "Until the truth comes out, anything is possible, and everything is suspicious."

After saying that, Bai Mengfei walked towards the wooden house and pushed open the door.

With a creak, the door opened gently, and she stepped inside. Gu Ling hurriedly followed behind, objecting to her actions and saying, "What kind of investigation is this?"

"Why not?" Bai Mengfei retorted.
